Privacy Policy

IP Associates has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy interests of our users. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for our web site.

IP Address Use

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. For example, your IP address is recorded in our site traffic reports, and is also used by our web traffic analysis software to gather broad demographic information (i.e., geographic location, etc.).

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. However, the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. IP Associates uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above).

You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site, but we strongly recommend keeping them on if you choose to register for paid seminars or purchase products in our store.

Submission Form Requirements

Our site's contact and quote request forms require users to give us contact information such as their name and e-mail address. Contact information is used only to respond to a direct inquiry. At no time will your contact information be sold, traded, leased or borrowed to third party vendors.

Store Purchases/Buyer Information

IP Associates only collects personal and billing information to facilitate product purchases and seminar registration made through our online store. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, which has a separate privacy policy.

"E-mail this to a friend" Policy

Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email. The information is not used for any other purpose.

Links to Other Sites

Our site contains links to other sites to enhance the value and depth of our site generally. IP Associates is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

IP Associates does not locate sensitive or transmitted information on our web server. All information submitted to us through our web site, through web-based forms, e-mail, and our online store is held strictly confidential.

Privacy Policy Amendments

In the event that IP Associates introduces technologies or programs on our web site (i.e., e-mail lists, etc.) that would impact the privacy interests of our users, we will update and amend this privacy policy.
